Do you think you have seen enough to declare Ryles is going to be s good coach?, it's a resounding yes from me. I declared early on that he will be the coach to end out premiership drought and that feeling has only been reinforced as the season has progressed. It's a bold statement but I'm sticking to it.

I think its pretty safe to say he can coach, obviously that doesn't guarantee success but I think its safe to say he has shown enough to suggest he will be a first grade coach for a long time.

We have second grade coach that is consistent but is he good enough as a coach.....hang on I will rephrase that, he is consistently bad based on his Parramatta record.
WE have a coach in Ryles who appears to be a standout. I think there are a lot of things that can be fcuked up to make him look like a bad coach, most of those will not be a controllable for him if he fails, but he has met every challenge so far and in a comparative sense, the only coach suitable to coach Parramatta more than him would be Bellamey. IMO.
Those advantages that he has is the developlment he putting into place, everyone I can think of would not be looking at the big picture Ryles is seemingly looking at.
This visionary aspect I hope is reported next season in giving him a role in selecting and have working under him a second grade coach complimentary to that vision.
What's unfair about it? We've seen coaches have great years then fall off a cliff. I mean you yourself were reactionary to Ryles very early in the year.
