My brother-in-law was at a cafe in Parramatta today, walking distance from the leagues club.(Emailed this info to me, Bert is currently OS) He also is a big Eels fan.
He noticed Roy Asotasi there, dressed very casual but at the table with two more prominent looking men in conversation. Could just be a coincidence with no legs to it and he had no idea who the other two he was talking to were. I don't know anything about Asotasi's current contractual situation? As i said could be absolutely nothing to it but thought i would pass on the info for my fellow 1Eyed's to discuss or debate.

You sound a little cynical Iknow.
Its not often, 2 well dressed men are having a meeting in a Parra Cafe.
Has to be the footy club trying to poach him. Or something more sinister, like the Warrington Wolves trying to poach Jarryd. oh wait, he's already gone.
I can only pass the info on "IKnow". Do what you like with it. You seemingly "Know" everything.
Signed a 2-year deal in 2013 with the Warrington Wolves.
Has one more year left at the club, that being next season.
His 2014 stats were: 2 tries, 471 tackles, 23 missed tackles, 16 tackle breaks, 1572m from 232 runs at an average of 6.78m per run, 2 line-breaks, 6 errors, 5 offloads & 8 penalties conceded.
Sounds like his best days are over Ricky.
Think he only played 14 games in the season because of niggling injuries, so that might explain it. But yeah, his best days probably are over.
He was an elite prop during 06-08 and was consistent and he has had decent seasons since then but never emulated his feats from those years.
didnt make sense to me either.
says it may be a swap but doesnt say the deal is done, whereas Kennedy is definitely on the way to the Roosters.
FPN anyone?
