Centre Sean Russell returns from concussion so Brian Kelly moves to the wing and last week's debutant Araz Nanva slides to the interchange. Charlie Guymer and Jack Williams are the new second-rowers in place of Kelma Tuilagi (head knock) and Kitione Kautoga. The loss of bench forward Sam Tuivaiti (head knock) sees Saxon Pryke join the bench for his NRL debut. Prop Toni Mataele has also been added to the bench as he chases a second NRL appearance after debuting in Round 11 last year.

      • lol

    • I would rather Nanva at Centre and Russell on the Wing. I know Russell at Centre is great but i feel him on the Wing right now is our best option. I am usually against moving a player to make a position a level and weaken another to do that. But i feel putting Russell on the Wing with Nanva at Centre is stronger.

      • Don't mind it, Russel is versatile enough to cover anywhere between 1-5 in the backline. But having Kelly in there after last week's circus act is criminal. Araz didn't do much wrong

  • still Walker starting 😏 I can see it because of the injury list but even prior to the growing injuries Ryles had Walker in the starting side and it's obvious he has more impact from the bench. I'm sure Ryles ( Kearney 2.0) knows what he's doing especially with Nathan Brown and Moa in his team

  • That injury report is insane. Insane.

    • When you are this badly injured, pack the season up. It's not your year 🤣

  • Beatie, Miller and Visconti have been promoted to NSW Cup bench after impressive start in JF this year. Jordan Miller is the bloke that got sacked from the Tigers for discplinary issues. He is very big lol. JF are currently sitting in first place with the best defence in the competition.

Rankin has had a pretty impressive start to his coaching career.

    • They have done that so sneakily. Didn't even know as Flegg is usually not that good. Once SG Ball is over they will be getting better with the likes of Petrus, Bamblett, Talagi, Koina and the likes coming up.

      • JF is a whole new comp once SG ball finishes as every team promotes their SG ball stars. The flow on affect happens with teams promoting players to NSW Cup as well. Jersey Flegg started last year very strongly too.

  • I'm putting an apple on Preston to score. He's going to terrorise Volkman all game.
