Just the one change to the side that stunned the Broncos. Prop J'maine Hopgood returns from suspension so Jack Williams slides to lock and Jack de Belin goes to the six-man bench for the clash with his former club.

I thought he was brought in to stiffen the middle of the ruck as he has fantastic tackling technique and when he's second man in he basically strangles and kills ruck speed.
Problem is in attack, he's mainly a ball distributor and not great in go forward. The new rules mean treasuring the ball more and gaining ground through the middle means Debelin's style may now be defunct.
Id like to see Moretti come in somewhere because he suits the tough go forward style
Same. Moretti has leg speed ++
Parra don't need to be worrying about attack if you look at our defensive efforts so far we've given up 80 plus points in 2 weeks if we aren't settled in the ruck we are screwed.
Me I don't care what we do with the ball if we want to play finals the improvement has to come without it.The pattern at the beginning of the season is simple we need to lessen errors complete high and kick chase simplify our game and build into the season attack wise. It's not flashy stuff that's going to win this comp.
Even against Brisbane in the championship minutes it was back to the basics with the ball and defensively it was sought the middle first and force teams to go around us.Brisbanes tries in the second half and money minutes were off kicks.
Great point, our attack is fine it is how we start the game in defence and controlling the ruck earlier on.
Same
Maybe it's simply a case that we have an understanding that DeBelin doesn't play against the dragons?
Why would that be the case? You play your best team regardless. If a player is able to play (no injuries, suspension or personal issues) and is your best option you play them no matter the opposition and the connection to them.
I saw a clip of a dragons fan asking Jack why he was leaving which made him quite upset. Jarryd never took the field against the eels.
I thought if jdb shaved his head he was sweet to play
