Coach Jason Ryles sticks solid with his squad after a narrow loss to the Bulldogs on Monday. Hookers Tallyn Da Silva and Harrison Edwards could again be a game day swap as they have been the past two weeks but it's the same 19 who will look to turn around a three-game losing streak. Skipper Mitch Moses is expected to line up for the Blues in Origin Two and will then look to make his return for the Eels in Round 17 against the Rabbitohs when Jonah Pezet (hamstring) may also be a chance to return.

          • Yea

        • Geez, I was hoping a relative of 'The Rock' was playing for us. Coulda got a few TPAs then.

          • Haha

      • Do we 100% have an outside back in U19 origin

        • 90% sure. Haven't announced the team officially but I have been told he is in with Petrus and Ryda.

          • Bloomfield made the team however his school withdrew him due to union commitment which sucks. So will have to wait till next year

            • EA, was Lorenzo not considered because he's in Cup now, or because he's not playing well enough? Don't know the eligibility rules. If Lorenzo's form has dropped do you think it's better for him to stay in Cup to develop or drop back to Flegg in a more competitive team? Ideally he would have had a stable halfback to play beside but these are this year's cards

              • Lorenzo is 20. To old.

      • The Rock plays Rugby League!

  • Canberra can turn up without their best players. I see this going either as it did for us against the Titans, or the opposite.

I think we'll win. Big games from Iongi, Tallyn, and the two young props.

"Crichton's risk is probably much higher him playing against the Dogs. A severe AC joint injury (initially graded as severe as Grade 5). Is worse than a hamstring strain according to Google "

"For Origin 2 my friend. If he's ruled of his game against the Dogs which he was supposedly on medical advice as he wasn't 100% then I find it highly unlikely that he's going to be 100% ready to go for Origin 2 because even though it's 9 days later…"

"He also said he wants to move on and yet constantly posts updates that do not need to be posted. He has supporters that have and will stand by him, he doesn't need to post that. But constantly does and seems the Mole runs with it too. "
