Question- is the Cap for the top 25? Or 30 plus development? As above only lists 21.

  The cap is meant to cover a top 30 for the 2018 season, however it should be noted that the bargaining agreement is still up in the air as the players association are still trying to get every cent out of the NRL.

  Good point Mitchy. Couple of injuries or having to pay for players they move on and they are soon as stuffed as the 2014 eels!

  Agree, 4 missing out of top 25 plus 5 development players, that comes to $765k at min salary of $85k each or is that the amount for Wyong Roos?
  
  Also some of those salaries are very low so Roosters have big TPAs to cover the real cost of their salaries.

  It would seem that Parra are at least $2M below the salary cap then. As far as I know our highest paid players are on about $700k - $800k - and there are only 3 of them! Other than Beau Scott and Tim Mannah, I'm not aware of any of our forwards being on more than $500k.
