Not sure Katoa warrants that money. Surely it's Galvin. Wouldn't be too mad either way though
Only thing is we cannot legally table an offer to Galvin unless he requests and release and it is granted. I know there are ways around it and every team does it but i belive technically by the rules you cannot actually table an offer to a player or their agent. Not til November 1 for Galvin.

We can only approaching Galvin after Nov 1. There is no current player off-contract worth 1M except DCE but he would not come eels nor would it make sense. Surely no one from England is worth that much money either.
