Have to say, I agree with this article 99%. The current board is doing its best, but is in desperate need of higher caliber administrators to fix the club:

  • yup..

  • Funny that - I felt the same way about the posts defending Sharpe's Board or criticism Spagnolo's board - amateurs arguing with amateurs.

If you are bored by constructive solutions that will see the Eels be administered more effectively, you are part of the problem

  • I kinda agree with the sleeve, I could not read it all, it was long and dull.

However it was true. Hopefully we can move from this stage of identification of the problem, done so well by our CEO DA and Sharpie, and move to the resolution stage.

    • Yeah, good points. I am a big advocate of reforming the Board, though helping the current board is fine, so long as the help is substantial and not cosmetic.

I agree though that solving the Foran issue and fixing up the basic administration of the club will not stop the white-anters, leakers, opposing factions from trying to wreck the place. The 'good guys' need help.

Anyway, I'll go back to crossing my fingers, hoping Foran makes a counter-intuitive decision go to the Eels next season!

      • like my blog, i just hope foz coming is not the end of it. I hope that something is actually done to fix the problem.

        • No offense to the poster, but I'd rather Tyson go 12 rounds on my balls, then finish reading that article.
          • Why all the trolling? Assuming you are in one of the factions fighting amongst each other. Or a sub-editor. Or both :-p
            • Who are you to call me a troll, quit trying to build your bat shit boring blog.
I'm not knocking the content, it was too boring to continue reading so I haven't got a clue what it's about, hence nothing to do with factions for me.
Your flogging a dead horse blog to death to keep you relevant.
  • Yawn
    • I thought your 'Yawn' was a bit rude until I started reading it. We're all CATATONIC now.
