  • A HHHHUUUUUUUGGGGGGGEEEEEE loss and one of the greats of bradcasting

    • The NRL had better induct him into the HOF

  • Legend. I remember him making the weight lifting exciting at the Commonwealth games. He was certainly the voice of Origin no doubt about that. RIP.

    • Didn’t he once get punted from the weightlifting for being too loud ?

      • That's true Brett - it was at the 1990 Comm Games. He was so loud the other commentators got the shits and in the end they moved him into a little room where he called the action from a monitor.

I'm lucky enough to have met Big Daz on a number of occasions and he was a lovely bloke. Very warm hearted. He faught a great fight.

        Rest In Peace legend..

  • IM going to miss him calling the games

    RIP

  • Sensational

    RIP Dazza
