  I have heard the same thing, as Anderson was fitzy's man, and Osbourne is very good mates with Stuart.

  When is very soon? Will it be today?
  
  I'm looking forward to hearing something a little more concrete than the word from a friend.
  
  To be honest I wouldn't be opposed to seeing Stuart as the Eels coach. I really like and respect Anderson but I do wonder at times how much impact he has as the coach. Our strongest suit this year has been our defense and you have to give credit for that to Peter Sharp. I do recall last year when Anderson said he just lets the team do what they want to do in attack. I'm not sure if this year is something similar.With the cattle we have in our squad we really haven't achieved anything near what we should have achieved.
  
  Is a new coach the answer? I really don't know.

    Yeah, I am very sceptical when I read something from a friend of a friend so that is why I nearly didn't post it. But as I said this guy is really close to Ricky and he is not the sort of person who would bulls%#t you. I am not sure when the accouncement will be made but he did implied that if things don't get better, than it could be sooner rather than later.

  There has been constant whispers around, since Stuart resigned from the Sharks.
  
  He would seem to be a good fit for Parra give that:
  - His teams always struggled to score points
  - He has a history of churning through half back at a rate of knots
  
  Exactly what we need!

  had this rumour surfaced 2 years ago, I would of said no way, the old regime wouldn't dare pay out a coach, it wasn't the the Fitzy/Ovo philosaphy..
  
  however things have changed and it wouldn't surprise me if this board does bite the bullet and pay DA out of his last year at the club.
  
  To Ricky's defence, he never had the recources to succede at a club like Cronulla and infact if you look back in history they've had 4 or 5 coach's who have one premierships at other club but weren't able to crack it at the sharks.
  
  I'm making the call now!!..he will be a massive hit at our club that is obviously looking a bloke that will fit inbetween the Hagan and DA styles.
  
  bring him in.

    Mate, Fitzy was a philanthropist compared to the current administration. From where I've been sitting we've been scrimping for every last dime since the overthrow. I can't see how they can justify all of the penny pinching over the last 12 months and then go out and piss a coach's salary for an entire year into the wind.
