Reed was sold the vision, the promise of stepping out of Moses' and Gutho's shadow. Given a big deal and captaincy to smooth him over. He gave us the chance but could not match and didn't want to match.
Then they sign Critta and captaincy taken right off him. He was a toy used to show promise then not needed once other toys appear. Once Katoa comes available for a big deal you watch Galvin get shafted.
