Ok I know this is a Parra fan site and there is great deal of hate towards this guy.....BUT its interesting that a player goes to a club gets hoodwinked by Gus after we are in a GF goes through the hard times with this new club and gets binned off for the next shinny thing...tbh the bulldogs fucking suck and for Gus to use the Media to now create a narrative that he has no disipline and is of no value ......is interesting ......I hope they fall in a heap .....Im all in for the warriors this year....The bulldogs and Galvin SUCK

For a club that hasn't won the premiership in nie on 40 years your worried about a guy whose the master manipulator and so callled cancer and turns around crap clubs wherever he goes.

You might not like him, but wow he gets results. Sets up the Rorters they go on with Premierships, sets up Penrith , a dynasty occured, sets up Warriors "for a short time consulting" they are now at the top of the table, Sets up the Dogs , they are signing every top line talent they go after.

Its fans attitudes just like yours in this instance that I fear keep us firmly rooted to the bottom of the table with our great white hopes in the Recruitmenet and Retention committee. Mark O'Neil, Ben Rogers and Jim Sarantinos. So far their record is not exactly good.

Agree 👍 Mahoney was a great player at the Eels and most were upset when he left but he's certainly been used by Pinocchio Gus Gould and Galvin will end up the same..The Bulldogs club are a disgrace as is Gould
I don't have a big problem with Reed. I do think his discipline issues are way too exaggerated. They gave him the captaincy until Crichton came!
We have moved on IMO with Ryley. We don't need him. But North Queensland would be a good move. A No. 9 jersey waiting for him.
Smith ticks all the boxes moving forward rather than to revisit the past. He still is developing his game.
You need a fit and athletic hooker to compete in the middle these days. Smith led our team in fitness testing I believe or was at the top of it.
Owen Pattie, Sam Healey and Blake Mozer are all 21 and seem to show some athleticism and pace around the ruck. If Smith is not seen as the starting 9 then I would look at one of these to share it with him until our juniors are ready.
Reed is a speed hump without the mobile pack that currently supports him. Left behind the tackle more than in front.
He has strengths no doubt but his time with us I hope we never revisit.
I don't hate Reed. He fell for the Gus magic...not the first and won't be the last.
He's a good player and I hope he finds a good club - plenty of opportunities for a great hooker. We definitely don't want him back though, that ship has sailed for all involved.
I hope he's a lesson to all young professionals athletes...you may feel like a team/club is your family, but professional sports is about performance. If there is someone on offer that has more skills or more potential, you will be discarded.
That's professional sports. Excessive loyalty is for clubs who don't want to win.
