Seems like every week there are good quality players coming onto the market or that are available that would add something to our team and roster but we aren't seeming to be as active in the player market as we were earlier this year. EG Keon. Barnett
Has anyone heard anything or have any news on any potential signings for 2027 /2028 we may look at? I still believe there is the basis of a very good football side at the Eels but we defintely need 1 or 2 additions of quality players at the absolute least

Lost them a long time again, I asked the mods and they could not find them either.
The initial responses from the mods is look where Cheefy is coming from, he lost his before you.
We have asked a few clubs permission to speak to players, some to join before the deadline and some to join from next year.
There is also a hit list for some who become available from Nov1
Anyone see Simmo in an interview. He tore his hamstring off the bone just prior to pre season starting. So he never had an nrl pre season this year and only returned to training just before the sharks trial game. This bloke is so injury prone now. Def can't rely on him for next year so should not be thinking of him as a player to count on next year rn.
Yeah his body isn't up to the rigours of first grade longer term. Shame because he's very talented.
