Every Raiders game I watch they get all the bad decisions there way.
I hate the storm and don’t think I am biased but I think the storm got hard done by in both the games I have seen them play Raiders and some for other teams who play araiders
OK let me explain this to you, real slowly, and as simply as possible.
The NRL knows the jig is up re their bias towards the Storm to keep rugby league alive in a territory where no one gives a fuck about rugby league and “fans” don’t come to games when they lose.
So the word is, internally, cool it with the scale tipping calls because the fans are onto us and they’ll burn down their fucking stadiums if they can confirm it.
The Storm’s benchmark winning reputation is intact. They don’t need a premiership this year to remain popular to their fair weather fans. In fact, the NRL wouldn’t want a Storm win this year after the Cam Smith wife ring debacle and basketball game tickets shit.
The NRL wants Canberra to do well this year because it’s a great story and good for the game, the return of the green machine!
After reading the eels broncos sold out in record time I think the NRL would FINALLY like to see the Eels go deep into the finals, if not win the GF
It is just incompetence from the refs not a conspiracy. However I think their may be a level of unconscious bias towards favourites and teams performing better or even the team with momentum in the game. It isn't related to the NRL but is a natural reaction similar to the unconscious bias fans show when they only see bad decisions against their team.
"They'll make a play for Tino in 2027 Melbourne that's who'll they'll be setting themselves up for Heatherington is just a stop gap.If they and Tino and have Stefano there they'll be set in the foward pack for the next 5 years at least throw in Grant…"
"I just read the Storm are looking at signing Jack Hetherington to replace Nelson. I've said on here for years Hetherington would be a good signing who we should go after."
"I suppose I'll have to deal with it eventually pops though I don't think it'll make a difference with how I feel about the bloke Some say it's good to have a mongrel in the pack and I don't disagree though my problem with this grub is he's a cheap…"

Probably
Of course not.
Feck, all year it’s ‘the NRL and their favouritism towards the Storm’ always getting the rub of the green, Greenberg and his ‘plus one’ Cam Smith etc.
If Melbourne had won, it would have confirmed some nutburger corruption theory, they lose and it’s confirms some other theory.
What really happened is the Raiders showed us how to match it with Melbourne.

Expect ref calls to be pretty even tomorrow.
