Calm the fk down Arnold ffs get a grip mate. There were small improvements in both defensive and attack. The Bulldogs really pressed in defence causing a few of our errors, but it was a marked improvement compared to our first two matches. Like Sterlo said, it's going to take time to break old habits.
The Eels had a new half back straight in. Has never played 1 game for the club , and 9 who's played 2 games and a new fullback. You can't expect miracles. Our spine are virtually unknown to each other
To add to that we have a 6 who's too busy counting the dollars of his upcoming contract and is playing totally shit house

Major attitude imporvment today, alot more commitment in defence and our attack looked alot straighter today. Hawkins a massive step up on Volman and will only improve, if not for his injury he most likely would have been playing the first couple of rounds.
We still have along ways to go and the signs are positive.JR and co need to search high and low for some more quality players as our deficiencies in the front/back rows need adressing.
The Dogs were Rubbish today they did enough to win ...we were red lining just to get to their rubbish level...yeah we did ok. Hey getting beaten by 8 is a win this year ....yikes

Yes it was an improved performance but at the end of the day, we lost.
I love how that whenever we play better it's because the Dogs were rubbish. They had 51% of the ball and completed at 86%. They are no rubbish stats 😂
They didn't look as good because they were missing Burton and we played with good line speed and put them off their game. If we hung back and played passively like we did in the first 2 days they would have won by 30 points as well.
