Parramatta’s Frank Pritchard has been sidelined for the better part of three months with a foot injury, but it hasn’t stopped him from being influential off the field.
The Eels enforcer, who is due back from the injury this weekend, has been praised for taking time out to encourage and motivate some young special needs players.
His generous act was highlighted by park footy referee Gavin Laing who was involved in officiating the games.

We have not only been building the onfield capacity of our football team with youthful enthusiasm in key positions, but also with experienced hardheads to bolster attitude and create composure.
Fortunately we have also added incredible integrity from men with good character. Frank Pritchard is just one of those men as shown in this photo and the the words of the independent referee in this case.
Well done to all the people who make TRY TIME happen. It is another example of consideration for those less fortunate than ourselves.
Played footy then was shot at central station. Should have left his scissors at home silly fella.
Dead set, that's him.
Grunta that's appalling.

Good man.
What a champion. Gees this makes me hate the media even more, they're so quick to publish negative stuff in the papers and all over the news, but when there is a positive story such as this nobody seems to hear about it.
Well done Frank, keep up the good work. See you in 1st grade soon.
Franky ain't so cranky.
