Has anyone else watched Ryles pressers?
He seems to be
-Joking
-Smiling
-Apathetic
-Has banter with his captain during the interview
In terms of role modelling a professional attitude and approach, he is quite lacking.
Id like to see a coach who cares more tbh and will hold players accountable.

Another way of looking at his positive/jovial attitude in these press conferences after heavy losses is that he is confident he is going to turn it around. He certainly doesn't appear to be a "beaten man", that's for sure. Beyond that though, you could argue perhaps that confidence is grounded in pure delusion.
if he was reacting differently in the press conference, they'd just flip the narrative and say he has ran out of answers, and has no solutions.
Your opinion, on how Ryles seems to be, is your own. Others would have an opinion that he seems to be something else.

I don't personally care how he acts at a presser. I do care about the words he says, but even then I know this is for the press, not for the players. I guarantee conversations had behind closed doors are very different to those had in front of the media.
You choose what dirty laundry to air, and when and if to air it.
Ryles will have a plan and only he knows whether he anticipated for the plan to go like this. If his plan was to rebuild the roster and playing style to the point where we regressed even further in order to hopefully build for the future.
He seems like another dud coach only in it for the money 💰 💰. How in the blazes Junior Paulo is a captain is laughable 🤣. The whole club is a joke..
Only in it for the money. Right so you would do it for free? Everyone in the game is in it for the money or else they don't do it. What a dumb and bitter comment.
Now there are some who only care about money and don't do the job for what the money dictates. Ryles wants to succeed, if he cared about money only he would have taken the Dragons job in 2024.
As for Junior Paulo as captain, that was BA choice. Moses is captain but him being out, Ryles is using Paulo for his experience as a captain in the meantime. It makes sense.

Yet there's a huge difference between doing a job with more interest in the mushca than the heart and passion of the job itself which shows by your words or lack thereof and by your persona which tends to display you're the money 💰 man and not much else but that's for individual interpretation🫡😉
Again if it was about money he takes Dragons job as he doesn't care what happens, not like he declined as there was another job for more money it was Dragons or Storm at the time and he chose Storm til something else he wanted popped up.
Ryles is in it for more than the money, as I believe 9/10 coaches are. Unlike players where there are numerous jobs, there are only 17 coaching roles and the job is more hours than playing you have to want to do it.
I'd prefer him to not give away much, treat the presser like a chore and win games.
