I agree but at same time they wont let their back-rower go, well the ones worthwhile being Wilton and Nikora. I would look at their Props. Kaufusi, bring him back as he is a capable Prop for the price.
From what I've heard they are up against it with salary cap and might need to move some blokes on, even heard Nicho name mentioned. Just gotta keep an eye on it all
Yeah from what I've heard he's the odd man out. Hugo is open to a loan deal but wants to go back to roosters in long run. Walker is obviously not going anywhere and dce is 7. But yeah Hugo is higher on roosters pecking order
Think Sandon will play a fair bit of hooker this week with Connor Watson away? But, considering Savala is at 6, maybe it's a sign thats their future halves combo?
He'd be a good pick up, would prefer Metcalf, but probably less likely.
What about Jaydon Hunt? I haven't really seen him play, but I was told by a member of the coaching staff for the Broncos feeder club that he goes alright. He's only 26 and plays front and second row. A lot of people here are saying there are not many players in the market for 26, and whilst this is correct look at how many players jumped ship early last year; Fisher Harris, May, Dylan Walker, Molo, and others. It happens every season and with the war chest Parra have we need to make sure we seize the opportunity when it presents, often with discount. Also, Parra should be targetting the best junior talent waiting for a start at other clubs, Roosters, Broncos and Bulldogs being options. Ricky has done this with great success over the past few seasons and I still think Parra has more to offer than just a start in FG. Finally, a few clubs, at different stages in the recruitment cycle e.g. with lots of players due for upgrades, will have to start oflfloading a few players. It just requires astute recruitment and a bit of patience. I will wait and see how MON goes on this before passing judgement.

They've tried to land Staggs before on a reported 700 a year and he turned us down.

7 players off contractThe club we need to raid is the sharks, underperforming and lot of salary they might not want to keep. Love their outside backs and back rowers.

Does Sandon Smith being dropped to the bench , potentially show that he is leaving the rooters ?
