I wanted to talk about this, but I was unable to find a blog on it. Apologies if I just missed it.
This is happening very close to my house, and at first the local community was very concerned about this because the plans involved an off leash dog park that I and many other people use.
It is no longer having any impact on the dog park, so that is a non issue now.

I have attached the proposed plans, and work on the Old Salesyards site will commence very soon.
It is sad the local community is losing a park (one of the great things about North Parramatta is the amount of parkland) but from what I know of the Eels training issues (seeing them train at Belmore Oval up the road was really sad for a professional club) it will be a massive win for your club.

Will be nice and easy for fans to watch them train I imagine. The one thing I don't think is clear is if the entire site will be off limits to the public.
