Mortimer - He exceeded expectations last year, parra were struggling and he provided a bit of x factor as an unknown comodity .Mortimer is actually looking stale and could do with a couple of weeks away ,he also needs help, snap up Kimmorely and get him working with morts. i thinkthings couldnt be worse for morts - too much success 1st year thenhaving to deal with the weight of expectations in your 2nd year, if heisnt handled carefully he will be ruined.Humbles pretty much in the same position as Mortimer last year.
Mitchell : I have said a number of times that Ryan Hinchcliff would be a great addition to parramatta,i would sign him on a 2 year deal and start introducing A mitchell to 1st grade, rather then putting him in a sink or swim type senario, ease him into the role.
Guys like Sio and Loko will be in the same boat - they need to be eased into 1st grade not thrown to the wolves, if we think back to how and when grothe, burt and pat richards were graded, it was on parras terms, not because of a desparate team trying to turn things around. Parra have traditionally introduced players like that on the wing, someone like Anthony Quinn could help bridge the gap until they are physicall and mentally up to playing NRL.
We are entering what could be a great period at parra but its also starting to smell a lot like the late 80's early 90's - Some of the older players are staring to wind up their careers and leaving kids with the keys to fort.

Parramatta - Kenny, Sterling & Price

Brisbane - Walters, Langer & Matterson
Having to now fill 1,6,7 & 9 for Parramatta to build a dynasty at this point is a massive ask considering we only really have #1 filled at this point although you could argue the person plays a lot as #6 and could cover this as well.
a quality halfback takes pressure off Mortimer, helps him develope and allows parra to have a 2nd creative option in attack.
