Parra become a tighter unit

2010 is finished for all of us. Every supporter should sound their disapproval of the rubbish that has happened this year. We set the best platform possible for a real good launch at this years tittle but to no avail. With the pending return of Tahou with Poore and Shackleton joining us this was going to be a great season. I said b4 a ball was kicked we had the players to win it this year. We have the coach who got us to a Grand Final in his first year, near board with Pricey and Co back where they belong. What went wrong?

Back to the drawing board. Why? Not enough disciplin. That includes players coaches and administration/management. The answer is work closer together, stop looking outside the window, worry about our backyard, we have it under our noses but management is greedy and wants more. If the players are lazy change the landscape and put a rocket up their backside. Stop looking for new coaches, we got to the grand final last year, you don't become a bad coach from a good coach inside 12 months. Its not a big fix, we should be in the semis this year, The whole team needs to play for 80 min and not switch off, train harder, become mentally tougher, take the beatings and then hit them harder, its not rocket science, stay off the grog and out of the newspapers, change tact for next year parra, from round 1 know the off season you have done the work, play for your mates, in the trenches you go, don't come out until the war is over "October", don't switch off.

Learn Parra, and work harder.

  • The off-season will give the club a good chance to reflect on the failings of 2010, and they can use that as impetus to perform in 2011.
  • Whether we beocme more disicplined or not i think our success is limited without a classy organiser.
Some big decisions are going to be made for next season, are we going to get that classy half? or is hayne going to slot into 5/8th?
This will determine our success next season.
  • Disagree, about Hayne at 5/8, failed once and wlll again, agree need an organiser, Players need to play for 80min, Hayne included. Once that happens success will follow. Coach must be allowed to drop players when required without lasback from Board.
    • I disagree that Hayne will fail based on 'failed once and will again'.

Hayne has been playing like a 5/8th in a lot of the games this year, and has set up tries with his exceptional eye and footy brain.

I think Hayne should take the challenge of playing 5/8th and prove just how much of a superstar he really is. If he wants to test himself, 2011 is the year.

Lockyer was a selected for his first rep duties while he was playing fullback, and look at him now, he's probably one of the, if not the best 5/8th we have seen.
  • This.
  • Can i just say.

    I LOVE PARRA.

That is all, i just felt like saying it at a time where everyone is so negative and down !
