  you are new aren't you. We have only tried signing Thurston, Cronk, Orford, Kimmorely, Barrett and even Quade Cooper from rugby union.

  Im new to the site and I'm well aware of who we've tried to sign but i mean honestly all those wingers?? Do you think we'll be using Casey Mcguire as a half or what?

  No, I don't think they're stupid.
  
  Both Chris Walker and Chris Hicks are experienced campaigners, and they've been through the highs and lows of footy.
  They've won premierships, and the club has added them for depth.
  
  We did try to sign a halfback, but it just didn't work out.
  You can't always get what you want.

  For the money we've spent I think we've got good quality.
  
  We are not only replacing Grothe. We are also replacing Tahu and Reddy is under an injury cloud as well
  
  Atkins, Walker, Hicks and Whatuira can all play wing/centre. 2 I the team and 2 back ups
  
  Sick of ppl whinging we didn't make better signings or get a decent half - there were none available or off contract. We had a shake at getting an already contracted player but that was always gonna be tough!
  
  Whilst maybe not premiership winning potential, I think we'll give it more of a shake that 2010

  Wasnt Parra Orfords preferred option but SK lost patience with how long it was taking to gain his release?

  Well I thought Whatuira was a good signing to replace Tahu but Walker and Atkins I think are terrible signings. We don't need that much depth in the backs especially since we have some quality juniors like Loko. heard awhile back that we signed the Roosters NYC halfback, I wonder if he'll be good?
