NYC team vs Souths

1. Corey Makelim

2. Leva Li

3. James Gammidge

4. Tyrell Fuimaono

5. Halauafu Lavaka

6. Dylan Izzard

7. Zach Dockar-Clay

8. Brandon Raeli

9. Joey Lussick

10. Tepai Tepu-Smith

11. Eric Newbigging

12. Josh Aloiai

13. Jeff Markus

Interchange:

14. Paula Kaufusi

15. Alex Twal

16. Jordan Muna

17. Jack Anderson

And we've got another SG Ball graduate in James Gammidge making his debut for the junior Eels. Gammidge set up many tries for his winger this year, so hopefully he can do the same for Leva Li. Not the best line up we've put out this year but it's better than some.

  • Is Makelim rubbish or what? I have not seen many NYC games but every one I have seen he is average.
    • Corey is not rubbish at all. He's a good, solid player. What I think is holding him back is his size. If he was bigger he'd be one of the better fullbacks in the NYC given his composure and tackling ability but with his size he is easily man-handled.

    • You must have been watching different games to myself & others.

Ham hits the nail on the head.

  • 1. SHANE HUNT 2. JASON GRAY 3. HARMONY HUNT 4. JACK LE HANG 5. VINCENT FONOTI 6. LAZARUS BROWN 7. MARK DAOUD 8. PAT GALEA 9. BEN ELLIS 10. CASEY ELLIS 11. DYLAN MCKEOWN 12. CHRIS SAAB 13. LUKE FAHEY 14. ALEC BUSH 15. JARROD CLARK 16. JACK ANDERSON 17. PAUL TUIGAMALA COACH: STEVE GHOSN

Owls Ron Massey cup team. No SG Ball players in this team and little NYC players, only ones I can pick out are: Mark Daoud, Alec Bush, Jack Anderson, and Paul Tuigamala.

    • HARMONY HUNT ???????? Fek some parents should be put in jail for their kids names, who would call a boy Harmony, poor fekking kid....

    • They expecting Jack Anderson to make a clone of himself or what?
Unless it's a different one to the one named in NYC.

  • Jack along with a few others are normally named in both teams. The Owls will just bring up one of the second rowers from the Sydney Shield side

    • Ah, didn't know that.
Would rather see him play for Guildford, tbh.

  • Last week's game he was average.
    • He can't be a stand-out every game. All players have off days.
As Ham said, if Makelim bulks up a bit, he'll have an even bigger impact.

As for what he offers now, he's still the best fullback the NYC system has.
