The refereeing tonight was downright Z grade stuff.
Players lying down when hit high not only get penalty but a free interchange and stoppages in the game.

Every single time the ref would hold up play and check with the Video ref to see if a player was tackled with out the ball, but not this game.

One of the rules that needs changing is the 6 again on the first tackle. Should be a penalty and exploited multiple times by the panthers
