No One Wants SANDOW even for $100-150k

Have been told that Parra are so desperate to offload Sandow that they are willing to eat $400-450k of his annual salary.

Unfortunately no one is biting.

With Peter Wallace joining, Sandow will be playing Wenty footy

  • Tigers to pick him up

  • Hi Dave, if what u have been advised is credible, Parra have probably signed Wallace for a sensible salary. Sandow still has 2 seasons to run on his contract until 2015 so it will be an expensive option to leave him in Wenty unless Parra eventually negotiates a release, a subsided transfer or utilises him in another role although after recruiting Peats & still having Kelly under contract, that seems unlikely.

Never a dull moment re Parra's recruiting.

  • Paying Sandow $400k-odd to play for another club makes no sense whatsoever.

  • I'd keep him playing at Wenty. If someone is injured he could step up. Or if his form is good enough he forces his way into first grade.
Don't remember something like that happening since Orford displaced Jason Taylor.
  • peter Wallace is not any better then sandow , there both fucken crap , excuse my French ppl ...

  • Really? That desperate to get rid of him that they'd pay pay 400k a year to do so?

Don't believe this for a second. Why? Because if they really were THAT desperate they would be going hard to terminate his contract over his gambling "misdemeanours".
  • As if a club wouldn't take him on for 150k a season,  we are overpaying Sandow for sure but i don't anyone would pass him up for that price.

  • Ffs go somewhere else will you, Wallace hasn't signed and sandow at the time been is parramattas half back
  • Hopefully this is a stupid rumour...

  • this would be rubbish sandow is still a good halfback as we seen, when he was at souths. i feel ricky has told chris its up to you .you go to wenty until i feel your up to fg level. and this might remind chris that he cant plat fg unless your fully committed and focused.  dont get me wrong im very upset with chris.  but he is human and makes silly mistakes lets hope he see this and thinks of his familys future and also friends and fans. chris might be like willy tonga.  and feel he has to repay parra for there good faith lets wait and see , best of luck chris we need you to be at your best go parra  i feel chris will be at parra in 2014

I don't buy this. They must have saw he was incapacitated and very dazed after the warm up hit. Then not only did he run out and get another concussion 9 minutes later, but he was allowed to enter the feild a third time.  The duty of care was…"
