To be fair, it isn't a bad idea... but like most things... Good idea - poor execution.
I read somewhere they engaged Deloitte to help set this up... my experience with Deloitte is that they don't particularly listen to their clients requirements and are more 'no this will work' after you hemorrhage hundreds of thousands for a product that doesn't quite work as it should. Square peg, round hole type of deal. Thats what I get from this platform.

Yeah not too convinced it's a good idea for an NRL clubs fans . In theory yes, for the club I'm sure it sounds fantastic to think of fans paying them money to watch clips they can record for free via an already paid employee and upload them. It's the thing dreams are made of for some marketing ponytailed dork. The bean counters would've went nuts in the planning workshop .
