Love to hear your thoughts on this one -
The 2016 season is already under preparation with some, much talked about changes already underway.
Some of the changes that have already been blogged about and spoken of so far (so this is from multiple sources) -
* Luke Burt- new U20s coach
* Joey Grima- new NSW Cup coach
* Strength and conditioning coach, Jarrod Wade (former Essendon AFL strength and conditioning coach)
* Tackling coach Brett O'Farrell (former Storm and Wallabies tackle coach)
* another Craig Sultana (formerly of the Storm)
* Video analyst Craig Crossman (formerly of Manly)
Two new physios yet to be named .
Love to know peoples thoughts on the reshaping of our staff.

my thoughts are that we have a couple of blokes in BA and DA who are wanting to bring Parramatta in line with other successful clubs (Brisbane for example who have this sort of staff set up with regards to strength and conditioning).
Very excited to see what Burty can bring to the under 20's
Did the Essendon guy have anything to do with the Peptides scandal down there?
he did the GPS analysis there while Dank was the one handing out the peptides.
If Wade had anything to do with the peptides I am sure he wouldn't be still able to be involved with organised sports.
this is a link for Jarrod Wade

Very exciting DK Sounds like the club is spending the money on much needed resources. Should be a major improvement on what we had this year. Actually what did we have this year? lol
Great to see us finally spending off the field to bring us into line with the other more successful clubs. Well done to all concerned, good to see us also doing something about our junior and reserve grade coaching ranks.
I'm currently feeling quite positive about 2016. In fairness to both BA & DA, notwithstanding the Foran & Hoppa contractual shambles, overall the 2016 squad even as it stands looks better & even though I had some earlier criticisms of BA re his attachment to Dud Kelly & Crappy Joe, the pack definitely looks stronger.
The recruitment of Wade from AFL is IMO a real positive. At least the club is willing to experiment in it's pursuit for improvement. The other appointments r also indicative that the club is really serious in moving forward.
All in all, a big tick from me.
bring on 2016
After all of the off field dramas Ray I doubt if Hoppa will be with us in 2016. Just a personal opinion as I have absolutely no knowledge of the situation behind the scenes.
