New King in town

Finally we have a player that doesn't crumble under pressure , even Moses was shaky in this space . Cool as a cucumber with his conversions , something we've lacked for years . We'd have lost that game 9 times out of 10 with the old guard .

  • Love it !!! was there today, such a relief

  • Wiz, I love Lomax.

The guy was in tears after the game. Talk about passion and resilience. Can't ask for more than that.

I remember Moses winning a close one a while back, but you're right we'd normally lose those.

    • Poor Zac must have been under enormous pressure until that win. It was a great moment for him.

    • HOE, absolutely, how good was seeing that level of passion. You get the feeling Zac needed that one more than most.

      And great call out, Wiz.

Lomax just personifies everything we ask for as fans. Seeing him demand the ball & take responsibility in those clutch moments was very inspiring.

Interesting when asked in the presser about taking that 40m penalty, Ryles said that Lomax had already moved in to take that kick before any call could come from the coaches box. Leadership.

And to think he'll only get better with Moses back.

    • Yeah HOE I remember Mitch getting that monkey off his back . But yeah I mean traditionally you could bank on it if we were in that position, it was a sure bet we were going to lose it on the buzzer ,. Today , I don't know I just had confidence that if we found ourselves in the clutch moment , we were going to be good.

  • LOL, I still remember the puzzling I copped when I stated we should recruit him years ago as I could see his talent, skill and passion. Now look at him go!

    • Yeah, huge loss for the Dragons , not only on the paddock , but off it too. I'm not sure what his link with Arthur was , but he just seemed to want to end up at Parramatta on a couple of occasions.

I wonder if boxing's on the cards, he was training with an ex well known ( for mostly wrong reasons ) pro boxer friend of mine when he was at the Dragons.

Ps old mate that was reprimanding people for praising Lomax's potential is rather quiet tonight 😂

      • Lomax was training with Volk as well in mma, ive seen him on Volks channel on youtube.

    • Great win today don't think EE2??
