Could it be because it's better optics for his client for it to appear clubs are fighting over his him as opposed to what is widely being reported that a club that missed the 8 wasn't interested in his 'star'…"

"I do not mind it depending on years of course. If it can be 1-2 years then great. He has a point to prove."
"Agree, the club needs to be looking at improving that aspect of operations. At the very least a refresh - i think MON has been in the role too long for a start."

I can't see it. Being Parra we're not offering top dollar. He'd likely get a lot more overseas in either SL or rugby. I wouldn't mind seeing him in an Eels jersey. We need punch through the middle for sure and NAS definitely brings that. He may not be about endurance but he can make an impact.
From the sounds of it, he has plenty of options outside the NRL. I could see us getting him on a shorter contract as we are definitely in the market for a bigger middle forward. That being said it'd have to be a cheap deal given his propensity for suspension.
Yeah just not sure what NAS plans actually are, think he's sick of the nrl
He still a gun just a liability as gets suspended to often
We sign Nas, bring in Pezet and upgrade the left centre spot, thats a top 8 locked in.
Top 8 pffft, let's go all the fucking way that squad will be capable of doing it.
from what i saw of the kiwi game last week, he is definately more mindful of his tackling style. I noticed it on one particular occassion where he pulled out and didnt go in as hard (and plz take your mind out of the gutter)
i've never been a fan of NAS, but i have no reason to doubt anything ryles has done so far, so i trust in what he is doing and if NAS is part of that, then so be it. He brings a lot of experience and could be a good older role model for our young guns coming through.
He is what we need though. Enforcer and impact off the bench.
Would vmuch prefer we keep the outstanding Tuivati than this serial mrc visitor any day!
hope we don't lose Tuivati on next contract over nas' big bucks
