My thoughts on the lachy Galvin drama

Been thinking

Here’s my take on this

Luai cannot play 7 his struggling at 7

He and api turuva start a agenda against Galvin him hating his life . The other boys in the team (fainu bros and all that are close to them like Terrell may join in. To push him out. That’s the only way luaui can go back to play 6 (luai can’t play first receiver) his a 2nd receiver player )

Now his been shifted back to 6 douehi playing halfback until fainu is ready.

  • Off-topic but Katoa from the dolphins is going to be an absolute gun. He is better than what Cleary was at 21. His playmaking ability is sooo good. He can square up the attack so well. He manages to keep sliding defensive lines so still when Dolphins are spreading the ball.

    • He will be better than Galvin

      • Agree 💯

      • Galvins played 27 first grade games half the amount of games then Katoa and has 21 try assists more then Katoa with a team that's won three spoons in a row.

Galvin runs for over a 130 metres a game and over two tackle busts a game and defends at %90 effectiveness.

Galvin is extraordinary, The best 5/8 of the last decade Munster  doesn't come close to this kid stat wise the only halves that do are at the top of their game your Clearys, DCEs ,Hughes and Walker at his best ,none did so at his rate at his age .

I agree with Gus he's the best half at his age I've seen, the fact he's a bigger body that already understands the subtleties of ball playing is incredible.

Injury free this could be a player that redefines the way 5/8s play the game he is that good.

Add 10kg of muscle to this kid and the way he takes on the line he'll be devastating.

Nothings set in stone but this kids got serious game , I hope to shit he comes to Parra long term it'll give us a serious shot at premierships if he follows his current trajectory.

Katoa though is a hell of a halfback in his own right, That's who I reckon Gus really has his eye on.

        He suits that bulldogs style.

        • I didn't know Galvin's stats were that good. With Moses and Galvin in the halves, let's hope Iongi comes good at FB and Smith kicks on at hooker, we'll have the best spine in the comp for the next 5 years.

I do hope Gould is after Katoa and leaves Galvin alone.

        • Totally agree that's why I'm so keen on getting him at any cost.

        • 100%. People talk luai up and there' is the argument he has been organising so Galvin can attack. Regardless, Galvin has outplayed luai in virtually every statistic this year

      • He will be better than Sandow

      • already is Bennett is no mug spotting talent and swopped on him from the lower  grades at the Riff......he is going to be the next BIG thing Dolphins better lock him in...

  • Well Chammas reported that Luai has preferred Fainu at 7 all along.
