Moses - Return Delayed

It simply can't get any worse ! Can it.

Yes it can. It's been revealed by Moses himself, that his return from injury will take longer then expected. Originally we were told 6 weeks for him to recover from his latest toe setback injury. It has not been healing at a fast enough rate, in fact the injury is healing extremley slowly. The new return date has now been pushed back to 9 weeks.

For us Eels fans this means we are no chance of seeing him as our saviour this year. At best a round 10 appearence against the Dolphins might be possible. However with this injury and the length of time he has been out during the last 12 months, one has to question how match fit would he be to take on the rigours of NRL footy by round 10.

  • No one could save this team.

  • I predicted this (then Poppa yelled at me)

    • That's why we put $100 on the spoon mutts

It was inevitable with an injury like that

  • Moses needs to give up.any rep duties until at least 2026 if not retire from all rep duties.

If he has any reoccurring issues he must forget about the blues and Australian jerseys.

    • Moses will not solve this problem, unless he has good players aroun him he offers nothing and nothing is going to change when he comes back as the same player will be there.

      • He wont solve the problem but will get us a few wins.

    • He will chase those match payments until the day he retires from the NRL, mate.  His name should be Mikhael Moses.

  • Opportunity is knocking whose going to step up for this team.

    • Perhaps Sanders and Blaize. Or yeah wait a minute..

      • Yep
