Yeah i believe the Andy Raymond theory that it is signed, sealed and delivered. The club are waiting for Round 1 to boost ticket sales and add a narrative to Round 1.

At the end of the day it is a business.
For round 1 v Melbourne they would get 20,000 at least. If they announce Moses a day before, 25,000 minimum. Is it worth the wait for the extra 5,000 attendance and coin you get from it from tickets, food and merchandise? Bloody oath.
