Moeroa facing 1 - 2 weeks for shoulder charge

Parramatta Eels forward Tepai Moeroa has been charged by the Match Review Committee for a Grade 1 Shoulder Charge during the Eels’ Round 3 clash against the Gold Coast Titans on Friday 17 March.

The charge, for a tackle on Titans half Ash Taylor in the 39th minute of the game, carries a base penalty of 200 points.

An early guilty plea would see Moeroa miss one week of competition.

The Eels have until midday on Monday 20 March to respond to the charge.
