With the current Recruitment in place at Parra it's extremely highly unlikely that Parra will ever sign a decent player and also highly unlikely they'll ever win another Premiership. As long as the fans are content with a mediocre club and administration then nothing will change! For changes to happen people need to start speaking up, protesting IF necessary. When people are desperate enough things happen until then it remains the same
