Just go to settings and clear the cookies on what ever browser your using. Sign out of 1 eyed eel close page and reopen should have fixed it.
If youre using an Ipad, I had the problem last week. Couldnt use the menu or change pages within the blog.
Even after rebooting the problem was there. But a few days later it came good.
You need to clear the cookies and caches
