Its all well and good now that he's just signed a huge deal. I'm sure if Matterson was playing for a contract he wouldn't do this. These are the types of players you don't want at your club. 4k is nothing for these guys. It could be the difference between finishing top 3 and 8th to tenth.

Rusty, the 4k may sound high, but its equivalent to 300 bucks for the average factory worker mate. For someone on 650k + its farking peanuts. Its farking Coffee change for matto. If he fought it he could have been out for longer. He's sucessfully wiped his carry over points for next year in the process so there's a bit more nuance involved than meet the eye.
