Yep I read the article but my mate (source, sauce, sorese) who is an ex Eels player with ties to 1 of the coaches told me last night it's definitely the reason why. I know people on this site want sources named but if I did that he would never tell me anything again. I guess they are never going to admit the real reason the same as when coaches and players get punted and say it was a mutual decision.
