Just a message to those who were using the scapegoat previously. This has nothing to do with anyone being a scapegoat or a knee jerk reaction to our recent performances.
Its a result for accountability, and the the overall performance based on 8 years of results, our current squad, development, pathways, recruitment and retention, and salary cap management which all falls under Mark O’Neill’s jurisdiction.
Mark isn't 100% to blame for every detail, but overall he must be accountable, just as other football managers are for the state of the club they are managing. Its a no brainer that after nearly a decade, he's had enough time.
As one of Sydney's most profitable, well supported football franchisees, its nowhere near good enough
"Understood HOE. However the inconsistency of this moderation is what errks me...Some on here have loud voices and opinons but rarely get challeged or shut down anyway I said my peace and after my tirades last week I will temper my responses."
