I'm sorry Snake, but the last 4 weeks Mannah has stood up to the Number 1 team, England and today Was outstanding against Tonga.Moses was brilliant and with a bit of luck should have scored only to be cut short of the line.Layoun was a unknown to me but has been everywhere for kicks at the back and defence solid. All in all very proud of Lebanon a team mostly of Park footballers played above and beyond and should have beaten Tonga.

  • Agree! Great performance from Mannah, and all the Eels players for their respective nations.
  • Adam Doueihi will be a star Good luck to Sth Sydney.
  • All I can say is Gerry Sutton hasn't improved.

Imo Lebanon were unlucky more than anything else - was a good game to watch for a change.

  • Am glad no one injured ....
  • Agree, has been a very enjoyable tournament with some of these 2nd tier nations sticking in with the 1st for most of the game.
    Moses and mannah both impressive
  • Mannah was average today, there were some good props playing out there who had a good impact, Tim wasnt one of them, Moses was good though.

    • 38 tackles , 110m from 10 carries, only Lebanon forward that made greater than 10m per run.
    • I gotta disagree with you snake
  • 'great performance from Mannah' did you watch the game today? can you elaborate on what was 'great' about it?

Perhaps you need to check the meaning of great out in the dictionary monts.

What does the word 'great' mean to you?

  • I dont know how that try was ruled obstruction? That forward was never going to make that tackle. The refs have been pretty harsh on lebanon, u would think they would give the rub of the green to lebanon when thinking of the opponents they faced. Australia, england and tonga possibly the 3 toughest teams in the whole tournament and lebanon stood tall with exceptional performances. So proud of them! Go mosses and manah!
