Former Parramatta Eels player, Luke O'Dwyer has had his final season cut short after being injured in the Titans' loss to the Raiders.
O'Dwyer tore his ACL which will put him out for the rest of the season. He was planning on finishing his career at the end of this year.
O'Dwyer was a Gold Coast junior who was spotted by former Eels coach Brian Smith. In 2004 he debuted for the club and was a regular in the side during the 2005 and 2006 seasons.
He was a part of Parramatta's 2005 Minor Premiership winning side and a member of the record breaking squad in 2006 that won 9 consecutive matches to make it to the finals.
He moved to the Gold Coast in 2007 and has been there ever since.
