Well yes it does. Regardless of Daddy's wealth, to be an F1 driver you needed to have huge financial backing from a very young age, starting at go-karts. All those years of training, makes them the world's best race car drivers.

We don't have those issues in RL in Australia, where everyone has equal opportunity regardless of race. Any talk of racial quotas is really bad news and needs to be stamped out quickly.
