For the more savvy legal eagles on the site, what does this mean and does it implicate the Storm as it proves they engaged in illegal dealings with a player under contract?
Not only is this looking real bad for them, it looks increasingle poor optics for Lomax who showed little regard for the contract's worth and value not only with Parra, but also the NRL.
It would be nice to see a little backbone here by the NRL and not screw over Parra for doing the right thing by the player, even though Storm and Lomax look Guilty AF.
Bring in the Integrity Unit for this one and buckle up, I think we're going to see even more shady shenannigans.

So Melbourne storm were dodgy and then still did the right thing and uploaded their dodgyness to the nrl portal thingy... This is comical stuff. The audacity and arrogance of the melbourne storm offends me as it should ALL nrl fans. This is our game (the fans). We are the most important stakeholders. They should be held accountable out of respect to all fans of this great sport.
It appears to me that the Lomax camp, his handlers, Storm and the NRL have all suffered with premature ejaculation. That got too excited early on.
Lomax thought R360 was starting, Storm thought he got a clearance, and the clowns at NRL registered a contract without checking if the player had a clearance.
They collectively need to see a urologist and get the appropriate medication.

it emerged Ryan Matterson was floated as another player the Storm could take in an attempt to get a deal done...why did we not take this??? I bet they wanted us to pay freight
the revelation that Lomax broached the prospect of backflipping and returning to Parramatta this year.....Eels had no appetite to welcome Lomax back so soon after requesting a release, privately suspecting it was a cynical ploy that could be raised should the matter end up in court – as it now has....It was, It is, It has and it stinks
See this idea that Lomax wanted to come back is a kinda false narrative. Major thing is he signed his release contract with his lawyer when R360 had well come out and said it's off for next year.
this want to come back to parra was a just a pweak mirage set up. Parra was absolutely correct to see what it is a weak cynical ploy. Good on us!!
