Great question. The salery cap has alot to do with it. Unfortunately it is very hard to keep everyone. It happens to every team and the players understand this

Thanks Rob. I havent really changed the way i am playing, i have just been trying to become more consistent and improving on the little areas of the game

How do you guys feel about Kris Keating leaving?

It is unfortunate that Kris Keating is leaving us. rugby league is a business and again players understand that we can't keep everyone. We are very happy for Kris that he has found another club and we wish him all the best, just not against us. Haha

Shane Shackleton has the best voice and he makes sure everyone can hear it, but Ben Smith thinks he has the best voice

Boy's, my 10 yo Daughter Sarah is a big fan, but she wanted me to tell you that she sometimes has trouble telling you apart on the field - until Hindy loses his pants

Tell Sarah that all she has to do to tell us apart is that Joel stands still for 80 mins and i run around everywhere. Joel thinks you can tell us apart because i wear lead boots and he runs faster.

no he doesnt - and he is looking. He enjoys reading, watching the sunrise and long walks along the beach.

Nathan, Being co-captain how does all the negative press effect you

Hi Lauren, I have been around a long time now and have gotten used to it. Its always the same, if the team is not winning games negative press is not too far behind. A good way to fix this is just to win games - hopefully starting this week with the Warriors.

hi Carly, it would be a great honour to captain the team next year, but if they decide to go with someone that is going to be aroung for a bit longer that is fine with me.

Joel - how was it growing up in a house of sporting superstars?

Well it was tough on my mum, she was usaully the one driving us everywhere. We didn't get into the netball as much but my 2 brothers and me had some epic knee footy and indoor soccer matches in the rumpus room.

Hi Guys, Just wondering if you train 7 days a week because you are all so fit, or do you actually get a fews days to rest up and have fun?

The first few days after a game are mostly spent recoverying from the game e.g swimming, light weights, and a little bit of skills. We usually get 1 sometimes 2 days off a week during the season. Pre season is much harder - usually 6 days a week 2 times a day.
