TV Rights Deal & Extra League Content on Ch94

When the NRL announced The TV rights deal a statement was release which stated that the following :

NRL TV rights agreement

$1.025 billion - $925m in cash, $100m in advertising
Mobile, online and New Zealand rights excluded
Three free-to-air games a week

Channel 94 extra League content ?

Does anyone know if the proposed 2hrs of league content each evening starts ? I have scanned the TV guide and could find no mention. Part of the TV rights deal which again screwed the fans was that Ch94 would have 2hours of NRL content each evening.

Channel 9 Friday Night games?

Looks like I won't be able to travel up from Canberra for the game (DAMMIT), but can anyone confirm that the Eels game is the 7:30 game and not the Dragons/Broncos?The NRL.com site says TBA and I haven't seen an ad on TV yet here in Canberra...
