Could Bureta Faraimo play fullback?

This fella reminds me a bit of Ken Sio only with added mongrel. Sio was a solid fullback when needed, and i can just imagine Faraimo and his 'bull at a gate' style of game being even more damaging and line busting with a decent run up from fullback.
