I remember saying at the start of the year that he will more than likely re-injure his shoulder. In League once you've done a shoulder injury it is very hard to play regular football after that, especially in the forwards where you have to tackle 120kg monsters for at least 20+ times.
But so many people said he was straight in the run on side, being an international and all.........Workhorse we need they said............Future Captain some said..............
Spiro who knew he would be out all year injured, nobody has a crystal ball, i thought he would surprise many on the park and go well, when i found out he would be out the whole first half of the year i stated if that was the case it was a silly signing, in hind sight its been a bad signing, i never thought he would spend the whole first year out, it doesnt mean he doesnt have talent, it means he cant show it because he cant get on the park.
Well that experiment fizzled in a hurry.
