Leaving the Eels to support the bears.

It is with great sadness that I've decided to leave the Eels as my number 1 team to support the bears in 2027, I feel optimistic that a brand new team can give me an out of supporting this rabble(Did I say that out loud) I've never seen a sporting organisation as bad as us! We should of had more success then we've had and even little things I'll bring back to this our centre pairing just for starters is absolutely embarrassing our front office is god damn awful and now we have an injury prone half even selections week after week just having DB as 5/8 is weak his stats on the weekend are ridiculous and have been for the last 2 years yet they keep holding there spots besides a supension, I like Ryles but even so I feel he can't make the tough calls still DB does not deserve to be in first grade right now I feel that the bears give me a chance to support a club going in a positive direction 40 odd years without a premiership yet we are rebuilding again it's beyond a joke up the bears!

  • Pick a better team then the bears lol

  • Thank god.

  • Will b another 40 year wait for you, enjoy!!

  • Lol bye Felicia.

That's what we need the weak to jump now.

I hate this team right now but I'll never jump spoon regardless.I don't care once I'm in it's a personality trait to stick through good and bad times.

    • Ok I've seen the light I'm staying I'm back in, Thanks mate for making me see this.

      • Leave now by staying you've lost what respect you did have to absolutely zero now.Youve declared your intent make it so go join the Bears you can see by the responses here that it's not a box of chocolates we know what you are.

        Bye Felicia.

    • That's what a true Parra supporter does! Stick through good and bad. I see little green shoots Coryn.

      • Just another year for a Eels supporter water off a ducks back this stuff. We should be immune to it having 8 coaches in the last 25 years.Nothing to see here.

Just need to get on with it and hope for better but one thing we don't do is we don't quit. Its alright to fail but we don't quit ever.

  • You will be missed so go join a Bears forum ASAP and leave all us losers behind you.

Dont look back for even a second. Never come here again. You are way too intelligent and insightful for here.

"Moses isn't going to give up rep footy, at the moment he is prioritising it over club footy. If he wasn't missing a lot of club footy it wouldn't be an issue but he is missing a lot of club footy.

"Notice how the past few seasons Cleary has been "injured" around origin time? That's not a coincidence panthers figured out keeping him away from rep footy was best way to have him firing for finals "

"Just depends on if he would rather a premiership or finances. He's guaranteed money if he stays, but would he command the same kind of money from another club? But agree there needs to be a better succession plan in place. Footy Dean did good…"

"Moses is still an elite player and we can build around him, the issue is getting him to give up the rep footy and focus on getting his body right. He needs an offseason of rest and a good pre season. No kangaroos tours and origin "
