He did more last night than Penisi has done in the last 2 years. Nanva and Samrani as our centre pairing would be good

His future is in the second row. His workload is that of a forward. Carts the ball upfield with little to no footwork. He doesn't have the ability to beat defenders like an elite centre but can do a better job that anyone we currently have. He definitely deserves a centre spot on current form.
I rewatched the game and Samrani just needs to be careful on turning his shoulders. He sometimes turns in on Moses player and left Kelly with a 2 v 1 to defend. One Kelly made the tackle, the other time Laybutt dropped the ball with the line open.

This year we could be pretty strong with Samrani at center and Penisini on the wing. I like the idea of Will at wing because of his blend of speed and power.
Next year I do see Samrani locking down the left center spot, so we need to find a good winger to partner Will on the right.
some of us have been saying for weeks . Will is that incompetent that he's costing us games.
Samrani is now 3-0 replacing Will this year. 3-0 without Will in the side . We were stronger defensively on that edge without question but there is no way in hell Will wins that ball in the air and makes the right decision for the Kelly try , there's no chance he runs into space for the try Samrani scores (he'd run straight at the centre and try and go over him ) and there is no chance he pushes up on that blind side let alone chooses the correct option in space .
Samrani isn't a world beater but he's a very good player and that much better than Will it isnt funny . We're a much better chance of winning with him in the side and it's as much about how much of a crack he has as the flop he replaces .
Penisini is a liability and the club needs to find a way to move him on. I would rather have samrani and nanva as our centres than have Penisini in the team.
Samrani is a good tackler but some of us are overating his defensive reads. Go rewatch the first half and even Chester try.
100% but he's also a bloke that's started under 10 games at centre. Will has shown an inability to learn over 100+ games.
I think the biggest things for me other than adding more athleticism is Samrani has more of a footy IQ and be competes on everything . Will doesn't have that naturally in him. Ryles system seems to allow players to make the right decison wnd Will makes the wrong one over and over again . He can't play again if we're fair dinkum.
