Bulldogs and NSW State of Origin halfback Brett Kimmorley, or as he is more affectionately know as ‘Noddy’, is believed to have signed a one year deal with the Parramatta Eels for 2011 worth $350 thousand dollars. A high ranking member of the club going by the name of ‘C Dogg’ has revealed on a prominent supporters web site that Noddy signed the deal on Friday. “No confirmation. I have not seen the signed papers. I do not know Kimmorley. All I know is that its a one year deal worth $350k.” C Dogg posted yesterday.
Melbourne Storms halfback Cooper Cronk (or ‘ Gronk’ as most Parra fans like to call him) was contacted by the Daily Telecrap yesterday and gave us an exclusive interview. When asked about his rumoured move to Parramatta in 2011 and the new contract with Noddy, Gronk has told the Daily Telcrap exclusively that he is willing to now move to the Eels and play for nothing. “ I wouldn’t go there if you paid me” Gronk said in an interview in a Melbourne car park last night signalling a halfback war with Noddy over the much desired Blue and Gold number 7 spot.
