  Who is our defensive coach? He needs to be sacked as well. Conceding over 20 points a game and no signs of improvement. Line speed and fitness is a big issue for this team.

      I love the brain storming approach.....the defensive problem has been with us for the past 15 years, we have had numerous defensive coaches with the constant over hang of sack the "defensive coach" whoever he is?Lol
      
      Quiet simply the head coach is responsible, he does the hiring and firing.....Zip Zip it doesn't work, if you cannot see that, then maybe you should be sacked! PS we sacked the head coach!
      
      I could imagine going into the executive meeting....not understanding the problem and Zip Zip saying "i don't care how you fix it" but sack somebody.....I will feel so much better if we can just sack somebody, anybody and call him the defensive coach when you do so!
